Default If you need to be impressed at some peoples creative flair and also a damn good laugh

One of the guys on the mcnews forum had his sister recently win a competition put on by Silverchair. Her video is awesome but the link to her brothers version is even better, I nearly peed myself from laughing so much.

From him....The band had a competition running on myspace where they put up some raw footage of their new song Walking in a Straight Line and then asked people to make their own video clips. Silverchair judged all the clips and the winner (and friend) gets to fly down to Syd, hook up with the band for an evening, posh hotel, limo ride etc. Anyway Tani is into this sort of thing and gave it a shot and won it. So she's off today to live the highlife while I'm stuck at work. She's taking her brother since I couldn't get the time off - not that I mind, I'm not a huge fan.

You can check out her clip here:

http://vids.myspace.com/index.cfm?fu...oID=2006904729

Keep in mind the raw footage was very poor quality (dunno why??) and so she had to be creative with effects etc.

----

FROM ME - THAT WINNING CLIP IS GOOD AND SHOWS AWESOME CREATIVE FLAIR BUT THE ONE HER BROTHER DID WINS IT FOR ME, TALK ABOUT FUNNY, I NEARLY COUGHED UP A LUNG...

And her bro also put in his own entry which you can see here:

Apparently the band found it pretty funny. I sure did

I'm going for her video. A bloke sitting in chair singing doesn't cut it for me. The quality issue with the winner's video is she deliberatly used 'filters' to make it less raw.

Yeah I guess we all have different sense of humour, but her brother's one, man I nearly shat myself I was laughing so hard. Very funny and extremely well done.
