Last January I asked for your recommendations for a new ISP and I thank all those who took the time to give me advice. Internode was the overwhelming standout, and as my contract with that pack of F***wits at Primus expires tomorrow, I have just completed my application with Internode.
Thanks again guys. |

Been with Internode for a couple of years and have had my first problem this week. I can't access the Queensland Public Trustee website to view the car auctions as I have done for the past few years.
I have called Internode and it seems they have some new IP addresses issued which are still classed as "Reserved" by some filters, therefore invalid according the trustees website. Three of my mates up here with Internode cant get access but we can get access via other ISP companies. Seems to be a north of Brisbane problem so far I am in Cairns Anyone else on Internode having these problems Address is www.pt.qld.gov.au/auctions/motor.htm Apart from that no complaints |

To sum it up though, you either need to get in contact with the people hosting that site, or alternatively, get in contact with Internode who will contact the hosting site on your behalf to get this problem resolved. The problem has arisen from the need or more IP addresses, so when previously reserved IP's get allocated, some web sites block these by mistake.

Yeah I have seen this site and contacted Internode and they said they will contact the site.
First they told me to get on the site and write a complaint to the webmaster after I pointed out the problem was I COULDN'T get on the website and that was actually why I rang them in the first place they said they will do it It is the Queensland Government so I don't expect anything to happen quickly |

Good choice with internode, I have been with them for about 2 years now.. only had to call support twice in that time and both times they were very helpful and practically bent over backwards to fix the problem
