It's in today's Herald Sun. There's a column on it on page 9.

Here's the write up from the web page:

"Text threat investigated

February 24, 2007 12:00am

Train operator Connex is investigating the origin of a hoax text message sent to thousands of Victorian commuters, saying its inspectors loved killing people and would help bomb a train.

About 10,000 commuters who subscribe to the train operator's timetable messaging service received the threatening text message last night after hackers broke into the system.
The message, sent after 9.30pm (AEDT), reads: ALLAHU AKBR FROM CONNEX! our inspectorS Love Killing people - if you see one coming, run. Want to bomb a train? they will gladly help. See you in hell!
Connex spokesman Andrew Cassidy assured subscribers their personal information was safe and the incident would be fully investigated.
``I'm pretty sure it was immediately apparent to whoever received it, it was a hoax,'' Mr Cassidy told ABC radio today.
``All they were able to do was to hack in and act as though they were a staff member doing a remote access to send a message to subscribes.
``As far as we can see, all that individual was able to do was to get in type this message and get it sent - (they) had no other access to any information stored in that database.''
Passwords had been changed to protect the system's security and police were also investigating."
