Thursday is my first wind-down day, winding down to Friday, which i really wind-down another level for the weekend. Wednesday is the only day i really work, Monday and Tuesday im winding up to Wednesday!

I usually have 2 coffee's at work, double shot of coffee in each. But you need it at 5am. And i really needed it today, 11.5hr shift.
