Posted this same link in another response. The advertisement is a couple of years old and came about after discussion on the matter with an ACT Transport chap.

Would be refreshing to see some education in driving standards and roadcraft for a change. If you listen to the Police, the RTA etc, only three things cause accidents - Speed, Drink Driving and Seatbelts. They've been blurting out the same mantra for years. Many times its the smaller issues that cause/contribute to the accident rate. Not to mention flared tempers on the roads.
