Default Outlaw MotorCycle Gangs?

What next, jet skis?
Will you have to get a number tattooed on your head to be legal?

*clubs.

OMC's became 'outlaws' because they didn't follow the rules of previous motorbike organizations. Unfortunately now it seems that to join some OMC's you don't need a bike at all, just a pill press...

Now the law has labeled them gangs.

Queensland has just introduced very tough anti bikie legislation.
And yesterdays Australian newspaper quoted the Federal Minister of Workplace Relations Mr Eric Abetz saying bikie elements have infiltrated the building nad construction industry.
Next cab off the rank-start with anti building and construction union legislation?

The CFMEU and before them the BLF have been havens for thugs , bullies , cowards , despots and out and out criminals long before any infiltration by todays so caled bikie gangs . Both should have been deregistered many decades ago and many senior members should have served substantial gaol terms .

If you choose to associate with a group of people that knowingly and publicly flout laws and engage in criminal activities then yes, bring in what ever laws are needed.

Wowers are just making stupid links to law abiding citizens meeting up being targeted.

Qld police admit to stopping general public on suspicion they may be outlaws who have simply ditched their club garb.

That's true.
But the building industry is one of the most backward load of trash you could think of and it just gets worse every year. BSA that's a sick joke to.

Some of the low life builders are so criminal cunning i just have had a gut full and could not give a toss if the whole thing was union run and you just got paid a wage. then one might have a future.
I have never looked up to the unions before because they did nothing for us but take our money. but if they did work for us i would of look up to them.
After 33 years of it all i have had a gut full of it all and it's a wonder i did not kill some of them. i feel i could drive an axe through some of them bastards, i don't know how they can live with themselves. sub human trash.
I should go and see if i can get the mental pension, if i tell them the trash i have had to put up with i am sure i will get it.

Queensland Maritime Safety have been using speed guns on the water for many years.Been going to Sommerset Dam for at least 15 years with boats and jetski's and had the attention of speed guns and breath tests many times. Obey the maritime safety rules and you won't face more than the inconvenience of being pulled over for a breath test and check of life jackets which takes all of two minutes. Are any of you people kicking up a stink about these new laws actually from Queensland and more specifically southeast Queensland.I'm on the road all day every day and yet to see a single bike pulled over by these over zealous policemen who supposedly roam the streets. For those law abiding citizens who have been hassled by the police, blame the younger generation of OMG members not the police. They brought it on themselves.I know enough of the old school bikies who used to keep things in house to know that they are mighty ****ed with a lot of the younger members who have brought this heat upon them.

Yup I am... I know plenty of riders that have been pulled up, more than usual.
Most bike riders accept that we get pulled up a bit more often than the average car driver, but what's going on lately is far more than the usual.

Just because you haven't seen it doesn't mean iTs not happening.

My bikes staying in the garage until this either blows over, or is repealed.

Very interesting the law. No mention of Bikies.... just the word Association.

The thing is we already have enough laws to deal with organised crime. This is just grandstanding by the Queensland Gov to look good to the gullible voters that are out there.

The bottom line is its another way to gradually erode our general freedom in Oz by those who think they know what's best for everyone under the guise of keeping us all safe.

The thing is I personally don't want to be totally safe and under the direction of some fool who runs my life. How boring and unfulfilling would that be. Even then I wouldn't be safe because I would probably neck myself lol! I actually want the freedom to take risks if I so choose.

Im a gutsy man i dont believe in being coward into submission because someone might get upset its the regular citizens country not the gangs. We are the majority and our voices should be heard not stamped out by those who think themselves above the laws and **** on them then turn around and use those very laws they break to look after themselves.

The government does not have a handle on the rising crime figures in Qld so they need to be seen to be doing something. First it was alcohol fueled violence so they made a big song and dance about Facebook parties and changed legistlation on your social gatherings in your own back yards. Then they got stuck into the hoons because that was an easy target to be seen to be doing something about the road toll. Now its Bikies and we now have rushed legislation that limits who you can socialise with and how. Tomorrow you will have to call a number to inform Newman that your about to give the wife a seeing to. The media hypes it all up and all the subjects lap it up. The targets they have gone after hardly contribute to the real problems in the grand scheme of things. There are the boring sheep out there with the wool over their eyes that will claim that "If you have nothing to hide, you have nothing to fear." Funny when you consider that was also told to 1930s Germans under Nazi control by Joseph Goebbels, the Minister for Propaganda.
