Vehicle Light - Russel is right & bet me to it.
 Well in a sense anyway, it's the code for a light vehicle registered for 12 months. However the same Light Vehicle registered for 6 months by healthcare card holders or pensioners get a different code. lol its from a VL that crashed into me. i thought it may be an area code thing or sumthing, thanks for your help
