Yeah according to people who know him he has apparently had to sell his car to pay for mine. But the thing is he drives a holden so i doubt his old bomb will cover the damage done to mine.

Yep about 5 people saw him. They have volunteered to come forward as witnesses if in the worst case scenario this goes to court (insurance company will do more then the cops). If you have insurance and made a statement to police let them deal with it. Don't go payback for payback as in the end someone will do time with a criminal record over some car damage.

If the parents are half decent they would try to work things out with you with a apology & repairs to your car.

I'm sick of the things I see that have been done by people who were under the influence of 'drugs', It always seems to hurt everyone else around them, but the idiot comes out unscathed! Might only be grass, or sniffing aerosols, but it DOES alter the way their minds act.
