Default Ford Customer ViewPoint email

Greetings all,

I just got an email from "Ford Customer Viewpoint" (Customerviewpoint@customerviewpointreply.com) with a a subject of "Your Ford Experience".

All that was in the message was a picture of the Ford logo.

It's from the same email address as other emails I've had from FordCRC and the headers check out so it's not spam, but it looks like something has stuffed up when the message was sent to me.

Did anyone else get a similar message recently (like a failed mass-mailing run) or does it just look like it was me?

Scott.

No, the confusion caused is meant to be a metaphor for "Your Ford Experience"

Losing sleep over it is not a concern I'm likely to experience. However as shonky mentions it does seem sum up my Ford experiences quite nicely.

They send those out to gauge feedback on dealer service, vehicle and brand satisfaction etc.

They usually have more than just an image if the Ford logo in them though. Unless they are asking be what I think of the logo

Its not really important, I was just wondering if it was related to Ford contacting me about recent problems or not.
