Yeah while I cant quite imagine the scale of it, I think the worse thing to come out of it was how stubborn some people can be and desperate.

Fair enough it was hard times, but to think that you have to defend yourself in your own country from your own people to me, is mind blowing.

Yes the government (whoever) was slow to react, but the people could have done more; like maybe getting out of there in the first place.

A very sad situation.
