How do I go about removing the lock/actuator from the drivers side? There is an extra rod for the key. Anyone got any tips??

If i remember correctly, the metal stem that goes up to the barrel is locked in place by a plastic clip. One side of the clip is open, so all you have to do is push it away from the stem and it should come free. The second stem is held in place by the grey 'lock' button. To undo it , lower the door trim so that the whole 'button' is exposed so it can be twisted off. Make sure you check the button alignment when you put the trim back on, otherwise it may go down to far or stick up out of the trim (very annoying!)

Hope this helps
