Default au s1 xr6

hey all....just fixed prob with oil pressure error...it was a bad earth...thanks to those who said to put on new earth....now my problem is in any gear at any speed when i back off the accelerator...the car seems to surge....cleaned the isc valve??? connected to the top of the throttle body and it still does it...wot could this be

It is more than likely the ISC still. Cleaning is only ever a temp fix. You need to test it to see if it actually works. Can't remember the test procedure, by it's in the Ellery/Haynes manual, IIRC.

It could also be a sticky throttle body butterfly, or even a stretched spring (unlikely) on the throttle linkage at the TB.

wat is a new isc worth new??? wouldnt hurt to try one if its not to expensive
