Default Bumper mark

Ok umm I have a question about the rear bumper on my EA series II fairmont. My idiot cousin has sum how bumped into b4 i got it and it has the funny discolour thing to it now, like its darker, is there a way to get rid of it? or is a replace of the whole thing in order?

Its the only mark, dent or scratch on the whole car, oh and its that light green colour, almost silver.

thanks again

is it like a paint mark from the other car?
If it is then it might come of with a fine grade wet and dry paper or a light cut/polish.

Ok, I getcha. Kinda like a work hardening.
Is it actually deformed now? All I can think of doing with it is to try and touch it up to match. I wouldnt' replace it if all is still intact unless it's totally huge.

ok umm heres the mark, but its no normal mark, it snapped it. And who ever it was who tried fixing it did a crap job. They tried screwing the snapped bit back on, and then put sillicon all over it. But that doesnt matter now either, coz my father inlaw is giving me a front and back set from an EA rolling shell he has, but the problem is that they are white, which means they need to be sprayed. My new question is, how much would that set me back approx? and does anyone know anywhere around the ipswich/brisbane area that doesnt it cheap yet good?

thanks
