Just thought I'd start a thread for us Mondeo owners to share photos of our cars with each other and comment on them.
Feel free to share as many pictures of your Mondeo as you like! I'll start with a few shots of mine (pre-DRL installation) over at Streaky Bay in August this year. And here's some old ones - taken not long after I bought the car, prior to tint & plates being done!

Pictorial story of "Mina" (her name for the car) the 'Belgian Bahnstormer' (my name for the car) - a 2011 MC Mondeo Zetec Ecoboost in Dark Micastone.
Running gag at work is that its proof I'm an accountant - my mid life crisis car is a grey Mondeo.... Five minutes after taking delivery Nice road trip in the first 24hrs to 'settle her in' New set of boots Fitted up a spare set of Euro plates I had hibernating in the shed Bit of trial and error cabinet work in the rear to trial fit full size spare with added bonus of a flat floor with the rear seats down... ....so I could sleep in the her... ...rather than carting the whole camping kit along... ....on a club camping trip Last edited by JimStone; 05-10-2012 at 09:05 AM. |

You asked for it!
And what about a photoshopped Mondeo? Lowered, larger diameter wheels and de-badged...! Loving my new DRLs! Pesky Mazda 6 got in the way of a good photo! |

I don't really have all that many of mine. These pics are when I bought it 3 and 1/2 years ago. Nothing has changed . Except for the number plate. And it now has 42,000 k's on the clock

These quad tips were on my MA Mondeo and have now been swapped over to the new MB . Loved the Sea Grey so much that the new car was purchased in the same colour.

Yes sits on the road nicely with the Titanium upper and lower grilles, 20inch wheels, dropped 30mm with a set of pedders springsand a nice set of sports muffers for sound.

I've been thinking of adding the titanium grilles myself. Did you buy them from dealership or elsewhere ? Cheers.

Yes with the bumper off it is a matter of click out click in.... The parking sensor may be the hardest part as the plastic part that holds the sensor is a different shape for the lower part of the grille it is in... I cut mine down and drilled another hole...maybe ford may have that part for the sensor to sit in for the titanium or just modify the old ones..

Here's a few shots of my Ink Blue Zetec shortly after I took delivery lasy year. Plus one I took the other day after hosing her ready for it's first wash following last weekend's wax job. Always amazes me how the water droplets ball up to look like frost.

Ros5co, are those your front wipers up in that last photo?
If so, how do you do it without scraping the bonnet - mine don't have enough clearance to lift up like that, always scared to do it in case I start taking paint off the top edge of the bonnet!

I always thought it was a design fault too!!! When I get to work and shut the car off this morning, going to try remember to hit that wiper control to see what happens!
