well, so far this week....
breakfast has consisted of a piece of fruit nuked in the microwave with nutrasweet & cinnamon.. and a cup of tea with skim milk
mid morning i have a shake
lunch i have a salad... and a huge salad at that...
mid afternoon, some more fruit.. lately i've had a thing for prunes (yeah, prunes of all things), so a handful of them, a shake another cup of tea...
then for dinner the allowed meat and veggies. i don't measure the meat out, and i pile the veggies on..
after dinner, the diet jelly if i can be bothered making it... if not i should consume enough water and tea to tie me over until i go to bed...
having said that, the first few days are the hardest, and as someone else has said, you have to stick to the diet, and then be just as careful with what you eat when you come off it.. i know my body doesn't appreciate breads, pasta, and starchy business, so if i go back to my toast & vegemite for breakfast, like i did on my honeymoon, i'm bound to pile it back on...
greenmachine: blood 'n' bone? not toooo sure about that one :P i quite like it... strawberries and cream tastes like a strawberry big m.. yummm :P
