Been on it for six od so weeks now and have lost 10.5 kgs and around 12cm off waist.
The first few days were hard but now I actually look forward to the shakes etc. Use the fibre powder in the shakes as it thickens them up and makes them more filling. Enjoy the jellies and TF chocolates. Try having a bigger lunch sometimes and have shake for dinner. And of course tray an exercise at least 3 times a week.
