this is an on-line police scanner, i'm not sure if it is legal so use it at your own descression, but it is funny to listen too, especially if you run it in the background as you peer through the forums!!!!

Is it a live feed, i have a scanner but the battery is dead and my mate lost the charger. My mate bought over 2 digital scanners through his work (Uniden), the manual was 11oo odd pages long and when quickly reading through the function i liked was that you could type a mobile phone number in and when it went live you could listen to all calls, we got it to work a few times but it was to complex for us simple minded peeps. It also picked up the digital back channel and the pol air life channel. Awsome shit but for $4,ooo no thanks.

Mine works perfect, i listed to it last night and when i left for work at 7:ooam it was still working fine. It seems to be set to scan all sydney commands, not scanning any particular area (freq).

yeah, um i think for the people getting errors, try updating windows media player and internet explorer if you haven't done so already... But i dont have any issues

i've got someone threating staff whilst eing held by security, a foot pursuit, possible stolen car and thats it so far. and a few rego checks.

My uncle has a scanner and he heard us call the ambulance when his mother had a heart attack.
Something like that would be BAD.

I have always loved listening to the scanner whenever my uncle had it with him. He had one because he was in the tow truck business.
One of the guys i work with got given one for christmas!!!

im getting the coppers fine and i live in warrnambool, Vic....not even close to Sydney.
this is great!!

One of those rego checks belonged to me, mac fields h/p 4o9 pulled me up. Out of 15 moddified cars he nailed me. Funny part was listening to it in the car while the copper was on the radio.
