Default BA Premium Sound SUB Line Out not working

Hi Guys, I was checking why my factory sub was not working (no ASL hardware). (BF Ghia)

It seems that the line level signal from the ICC has no voltage on it.

The AMP is powered, the sub works when I run it from the left or right channel.

I measured the input wires to the sub with a DMM at the SUB AMP connector and was expecting approx .1V AC but it was at zero.

Has anyone else had this problem? Could the ICC SUB out be fried?
Are these looms known to break anywhere?

Thanks...
