My dads one of the instructors for Ian Luff's defensive driving school at Oran Park and ive already done stages one and two. They're so fun. I already knew all of the theory stuff after having being taught to drive by dad on my Lz and well, living with him all my life, but putting it into practice was heaps of fun. after you've done it, and you drive on the normal roads, you constantly think about safe gaps, and stopping distances and everything. these courses are real eye openers.
