Default Ford Advertising Car Of The Year Award

Just a friendly heads-up, I've spotted on the Ford website that they've made it look all dressed up with their "Car of the year" awards.

I know some of you were complaining how they didn't advertise that fact, well - it appears they've started (albeit minor).

Wheels is predicting it could be another VW group product to win their COTY this year making it 3 years in a row.

Good to see the Ford advertising machine winding up. I personally don't think they are doing a bad job at the moment. Plenty of TV and print ads going around. It's the Ford "stigma" that is holding back sales, especially of Falcon products. Once that is overcome (it will take many years of good products unfortunatley) then Ford will be a force again.

Full page adverts in SMH on LPi winning Car of year - im seeing stacks of TVCs for whole Ford Family at present - good to see. I reckon some Ranger is holding back due to supply (you have to be careful of ACCC guidlines - Mazda may be pushing it with thier BT50 at moment in terms of volume on air versus supply).

Absolutely!

Now they need to flash that page across our TV screens in an ad or 20!
