Default info on roll cages

What type of cage do they want you to have if you run quicker than 11.00??

Can that style of cage be street registered?

Any info on the rules they have or a source to get them would be great.

Thanks.

The ANDRA Drag Racing Rule Book is the one you want. Direct from ANDRA 08 82715355 or your local track- WSID etc or Dragster magazine has them too. For quicker than 11.00 it says min 6 point cage, 1 5/8 inch pipe with a wall thickness of .116 inch or 1 3/4 inch x .102 inch as a minimum. Dont think it would be legal in most states but not sure 100%

I think there are some new rules regarding this, car can run slower than 10.49 with 4 point cage as long as unmodified monocoque construction,ie; unaltered tubs. But better to check with ANDRA

Not according to this year's rule book.
