Default Pictures

Hi guys can anyone tell me how to put thumbnails or pictures in...i'm havin hells own trouble trying to work it out. Sometimes i hate puters :

Hi Mick

click on the 'go advanced' button, then it takes you to the next screen...click on 'manage attachments', then 'browse'....find your pics, then download them.
