Default idle speed

anyone know how to adjust the idle speed as mine seems a little high in nuetral and yet i cant see anywhere i can adjust this.

Idle speed is all looked after by the PCM. Higher idle speed is normal when you start, but once underway it should go down to 800rpm I think or there abouts.

No external adjustment possible. If the idle speed is high turn off the a/c and you will probably find it goes slightly lower to where it should be.
