Default Latest Fiesta Zetec Pics...

Hey guys.
The first pics I showed you of my Zetec were pretty bad quick shots. yesterday I gave the Fiesta a good cleaning and then took some time to get some nice sunset pics.

Not much done to it apart from the Volkswagen golf Diamond side guard repeaters ;) They look great, and so much better than the orange!

Heres one my mate took at night. I was standing in the photo not even realising i was there. The pic looks great, however i wish the wheel came out lighter!

Im still loving the car. Its so beautiful to drive, and great fun. The bloody thing handles like a knife! Its really quite a hoot.... Loving it!
Hope you like the pics,
cheers
-Dan

Yeah Timmeh that sounds mad. If you could do that, that would be good. Is there any other details you need?

That avatar pic was taken two nights ago. Rev of the Duratec 1.6, and a camera with delayed shutter ;)

Worked well i reckon!

Hey mate, nice pics. I really love the colorado red in the zetec guise. Looking good! Also, how did the bebadging go? leave any marks? I wouldnt mind taking off the fiesta badge and leaving just the zetec one... But yea, nice car and welcome to EFC...

lol Thanks

Teki, Debadging was easy. I used some dental floss to get behind the badges and pull them off (was easy since the car is still new) and then pulled off the excess sticky stuff and polished it over with some hardcore detailing polish the detailer at ford gave me.

Would not even have a clue that it was there now ;)

Danny, you're obviously pretty handy with a camera! will have to get some tips off you later, i love photos like the one in your avatar.

I found the debadging to be easy too, used floss as well and they came off pretty easily. Cleaned off the residue, and once its detailed again next week it should look even better.

Mod to Zetec when the best thing about the Fiesta is the Duratec? You kidding? Unless it's a 2.0 litre don't even thing about it!!!!! Keep that sweet 1.6 and just work it a bit.

Im not sure.... apparently it depends.... it says that most manufacturers dont void the warranty for an ECU upgrade... but yea... and i think they will make it since its beginning to become a popular car... hell, they even have one for a 66kW barina, why not the fiesta?

It adds 10kW to the 1.4L barina, bringing it from 66kW to 76kW.... so maybe the fiesta could get like 85kW out of a chip, and with air filter and muffler... it could see the power of the 92kW SRi Barina... All i know is im saving up for the chip.... hopefully by the time i save the $$$ powerchip will have a chip ready. Also added 17Nm of torque to barina btw. But diff cars have different increases.... If i could get a fiesta with 90kW with a few mods.... ill do it!

I think it was Zetec saying on here a few posts back something along the lines of adding a chip, exhaust, filter and a few other little things to aim for about 110-115kW?(talkin Focus obviously). If so, it sounds good to me. I had a quick look over the powerchip figures a few nights back on their webiste, and on paper it doesnt really look that impressive to me, but i guess like anything the proof of the pudding is in the eating.

All i know is that ive gotta do something to my Focus before i start getting overrun by Fiestas :.

Yea, G suits are what the supersonic fighter piolots wear in their jets.
If they don't wear the suit their whole metabolism stretches out of shape!!
It's going to taker a supersonic chip for us to need to worry about that stuff.
Just having a bit of a giggle Teki04!
