I reckon there'd be plenty people who own both XC vintage or older as well as current models. I did own an XC Cobra new but sadly sold it when the kidlets came along - two door cars are just not good for infants. As for the BF Cobra, well really it just has too many doors to ever be considered a Cobra of ANY sorts. Nice marketing tool though, about the only thing it has in common with the XC one LOL.

The new Cobra ute is a 2 door and is just simply labelled "Cobra". Cobra sedan is a bit different being named the Cobra GT. So I don't see what the problem is.

No problem at all ... if you want a Cobra ute, or a four-door Cobra sedan. The point I was making (yes very tongue-in-cheek) is that EVERY previous "Cobra" was a two door sports car in one form or another. Makes the BF ones kinda unique I s'pose.

New one here as well. Number 068/400, 6 speed manual. Never owned any kind of a GT so this is the first. Even the girlfriend loves it!

An awesome drive......to say the least.

Dont own one but saw my first BF Cobra on the road today..... stood out more than it should. Both passenger doors caved in and cuts the metal of both doors..... if it was mine and it was banged up already i wouldnt be a happy camper!
