Default Freedom Fuel ?

Guys,
With the S3 XR8 I usually only stick with Optimax and or Vortex, to date I have found no performance difference between 95 or 98 on this vehicle, all feels the same to me.

Anyway today I was running very low, pulled into this Freedom Fuel Servo (never used there fuels before) and filled up with 95, cheap at 1.19, actually the 95 was cheaper than regular unleaded which is unusual.

I have no idea what this mob put in their fuels but the 8 really flies atm, a real performance increase throughout the rev range, also feels like a bit more torgue.

Just curious if anyone has used their fuels in either a 6 or 8, also it containes ethanol, not sure if there are any negatives with that,

Cheers.

I have been using e10 (10% ethanol) fuel from liberty servos for the past few months and I have noticed better performance with it and its about 4 cents cheaper, also cleaner fumes from the exaust for some reason.

Ethanol burns easier, faster and cleaner. But a side product of burning ethonal is, it produces water... Thus the damage to the engine is water/rust etc...
