Default 1st Service

Had our 1st service done today . We had a couple of things that neaded doing to it ( bubbles in dash, paint marks and bumper re- alignment ). We had our car picked up from our front door and given a BA courtesy car for the day. Then ours was brought back tonight. Very happy with the customer service and things that need doing will be done at one time. A new dash and front bumper bar is on order. They told us they will need the car for a week and will give us a loan car when the parts come in. Found the dealership to be very friendly, easy to talk to and don't seem to be stuffing us around. Other than a couple of cosmetic things that need fixing, which will all be fixed in one go, could not be happier with the car or the dealership, even if it did take nearly 4 months to get after ordering it.

Well glad to hear that your happy with it. About time you hear some good things from Ford Dealers, even though mine has stuffed me around a bit, they haven't been too bad with me.

Glad your happy with your car

Which dealer?

I'm happy to say Jubilee Ford in Five Dock has been good to me (bar a few little things) but overall I'm happy with their service. Cheap too.... for the service anyway
