Default Small dilemma

My car is due for rego inspection in 3 weeks, but my car is only a tig welder away from being turboed. Now I may get it finished in time and on the road, but I cant see it being tuned properly letalone engineered in that time. I am assuming I wont pass rego inpection without an engineer report? Anyone in NSW confirm?

So should I return it back to N/A for the inspection? Biggest issue I can see would be the holes in the front guard for the cooler pipes. Are they also going to ping me for the oil drain in the sump? (I am going to have to find a way to block it) Battery in boot should be fine shouldnt it?
The guys I take it to are pretty lax....

you suspicions seem correct.
I'd go there n/a.
do your best to cover holes up with plastic trimming or similar.
oil drain i'm not sure. i'd just put the drain hose on the sump and a bolt in the other end and hope they don't complain :P

where abouts in nsw...?
go to a place that will check tyres from 10 ft away, lift bonnet only to get Vin number and play with brake tester while your waiting for your $23 eftpos to clear.
If you wont to spend hours returning to N/a then feel free.. Oil return in sump shouldnt be a prob..
