Missing hubcap & window problems

We are 6 months down the track with a 2008 Ford Focus Cabriolet.

One word “Fantastic” however a few minor problems:-

1. When the roof is closed the windows will not close immediately. They go into safety mode and stop 15cm from the closed position. Three manual movements later they are closed. Can put up with it v’s service time off the road.

2. The hub inserts keep falling off. (18” rims). Or we have a hub thief!! Has anyone experienced problems on this model with missing inserts. At $95.00 per unit it’s getting expensive.
