Default coil spacers to lift rear

my rear sl king springs have sagged a bit with the lgp tank.

rather than get new sl's and have them sag again or goto low's and have it sit too high i was thinking that maybe i could get some coil spacers about 15mm thick to bring the height back to where it should be.

is this as simple as it sounds or am i missing something here?

i don't see why it would not work, but if it were me , i think i fork out for some more suitable springs, perhaps a bit heavier to make up for the added weight of the lpg tank.

a bit heavier would be nice, but then what springs would i go for? and it would be a bit of a gamble getting the height right.

If it helps you, I have a dual fuel set up on an AU III. Have king lows on all round.
From hub to guard.
Front - 355mm
Rear - 345mm.

yeah, mine are 335mm front and 320mm rear. i just put a jack under the towbar and lifted it upto 345mm, it still looked pretty good so it might be a good compromise.

I used Whiteline 10mm coil spacers in the rear of my Fairlane.
