Default Ban 'It'll buff out' comments

Am I the only one who is sick of seeing this comment. Really, its never funny anymore and you'd save some bandwith too.
Just a thought

what, ban a comment that can be made by any user? why then we'd get told we were being heavy handed and don't allow free speech etc, next thing you'll want to ban "stockie" and "dose" and all the other good words!

now all jokes aside, you can't seriously think just because you're sick of seeing something you can ban it. i doubt banning 3 words is going to save bandwidth too.

I am in favour of it. It is beyond not being funny. Actually, it never was funny in the 1st place.

It just seems to always be a useless post which adds nothing else of value to the thread. Often you see it posted twice in the same thread by people who haven't even read the thread. And its not just three words, its peoples avatars and long winded signatures as well which contribute to bandwith. I guess banning it is probably a bit harsh, I just wish people would have the intelligence to realise that is doesn't need to be said...

But what happens if there is a small mark that will buff out. I have several on my car and would hate to not be told that "It'll buff out" if that is the appropriate advice.

I’m with you, Axeman, Dave and JC.

This comment is so old and so worn that I actually find it funny. Maybe some people need to lighten up a little.

Perhaps we should get a petition going to get as many people as possible to change their signatures to “it’ll buff out” in protest.

'lol' cant be band or even hated. it is a way of saying something in a humorous sence. otherwise people will take it the wrong way. many msn conversations have been had with people not saying 'lol' and people taking something the wrong way.

EG.1 (without the 'lol') Ea's are the worst e-series and always do head gaskets..

EG.2 (with 'lol') Ea's are the worst e-series and always do head gaskets. lol.

eg number 2 shows that you are saying that in a joking sence not a direct critisim. people DO take it the wrong way.

while you at is you might aswell ban emoticons if banning 'lol' because it is the same thing just in textual form

'it'll buff out' ftw

thats my opinion.
