Thumbs up happy camper

Hi all, Uncle Ken here

Following on from this thread ( http://www.fordforums.com.au/showthr...t=16655&page=2 ) a quick thank you and well done to the service guys (and gals) at power Ford CastleHill (NSW).
I have seen threads about various ups and down the forum has had with service departments. Its good a have a postive encounter.
Special thanks to Lee at Power Ford. He did a goog job chasing up my warrenty items with big brother (FORD Aus).

Sorry to hear that Merlin.

Exactly - depends on who you deal with. The castle hill guys wouldn't honour a warranty claim so i switched. (even though i bought the car new off them).

Thompson Ford are great - very good prices/warranty on fitting herrod goodies

Thats what took so long with mine. Lots of twoing and frowing for day.
I'm still not sure if the "extended" warrenty will be worth it. Time will tell.
