After the last run I decided to leave early. As mentioned if my car goes cold it runs poor times. If any one knows what may cause the car to run .35 slower when cold can you please let me know.
Cyou all on the 18th. My wife is talking about bringing the BA wagon out.

I think you said that this problem only started after fitting the intake manifold. So one thought is - Vacuum leak on intake manifold, when hot, manifold expands and seals leak. Maybe!!! But I think not.

Also from my experience with engine management system on ea falcon 6 motors, they use a map (manifold absolute pressure) sensor to measure air flow. With the new manifold, the computer might be getting a different reading to normal and temperature may have an effect. e.g - larger manifold = slower air speed but more air inside the manifold for the same map sensor reading = map sensor not reading the right volume of air flow = wrong air fuel ratio. The motor could be running lean. As engines heat up, they become more fuel efficient requiring a leaner air fuel ratio. If your motor is running lean when cold it wont run as well. More fuel is needed when cold.

These are only thoughts. But something to think of.

Sounds like that may be the problem, I will get it on a dyno before the 18th and see what its doing, Thanks.
