Wow, thats nuts.
I went to a dyno day a few weeks ago and a guy I know (not on the forums) has the unleashed tune, CP-e intercooler, and modified backbox and only got 171kw.

I'd be VERY happy with your 184!

How does one get an Unleashed tune for their Focus ST? Do you go to an auto performance store?

I'm in Perth btw. So if anyone knows any decent performance tuning shops in Perth that has experiences with STs then let me know.

Remembering that every dyno will give a different reading of course.

They're only meant to be used as a tool for comparison

Default St exhaust smoke

Anyone noticed any exhaust smoke under acceleration up hill in their ST? Notice it twice now so might need to hit up the dealer....

Normal for turbo cars to blow some soot under load.

Reminds me of a diesel VW Golf I saw yesterday trying to floor it from the traffic lights. Epic soot cloud.

Petrol ones (direct injection) do it as well. I've seen a 1/2 metre sized sphere coming from at least two Golf GTI's that have seen me looming in their mirror going around a corner, and decided to show me who was boss...

Anyone replaced a battery in the remote yet? My car has sometimes not unlocked when i try to get in, im guessing its battery but i thought it would (like the XR5T) come up with a low battery warning on the screen.

With the car in general only being just over a year old i would expect the battery (if that is the case) to last longer (at least 3 years). I'd be hitting up Ford warranty on that mate

Nah, with these keyless entries the fob is always transmitting. 1-2 years is about right. My lancer was the same. But hopefully closer to 2 though, the lancer would show a warning on the dashboard to replace the key battery.

Of course hit up warranty if replacing the battery doesn't help.

Mind you, I notice that sometimes mine doesn't unlock if it's in the same pocket as my wallet - but only since I got a a few more of those pay pass style cards in there. I think they interfere.
