OK ... just had to add these couple of pics from dinner on Sunday night with the Sydney/ACT crew ... we had dinner at Sofia's on Bell St in Preston .... and I can tell you the food portions were somewhat large.

I think Chief was having issues as well ... and Dennis' caeser salad was enough to feed the entire table as well (seriously)

I had a small Gelato (it was like a tower ... you can sort tell the height by the glass tumbler next to it

This is what was called a small Gelato (the bastard was about a foot high)

Here's Adam hoeing into Lemon Meringue pie ... It was a lot larger than what it looks ... I don't think he finished it.

I think I put on 5kg that night.

I'm glad you all enjoyed Melbourne's large food portions. We do a good feed down here!

Even though I hadn't met any of you in person until recently, I really appreciated you all making the trip down! Awesome effort really!

When Chief told me about their trip on the trams into the city to look for something to eat on the Saturday night I told him that they should have went up the road to Sofias, Good to see that they went the next day.

See Cheif I told you the servings were big..

Hahahahaha ... man I couldn't believe the servings there.
I was going to order the "main size" ... then saw what was served up for other people there .... I changed mine to "Entree size" .... hahahaha.

The food was damn good though ... and cheap.

Next time I am down Melbourne way again ... i am definitely going back to Sofia's for dinner.

Although I did go to Spagetti Tree in Bourke Street ... and the food there was pretty damn good .... and cheap for Inner-city dining. Food quality was excellent.

And other thing ... service was awesome as well ... makes Sydney dining looks pretty crap.

I nearly got stumped on the pasta. That is what real persons food should be like. You could describe it as cave man food. That was an excellant choice Goran.

The Lemon Meringue pie is no pavalova is it Adam. 9 out of 20.

Bucky Adam, Dennis and I were discussing what you should name the video and the general idea is "It's no Pavalova".

Ok to clarify Adam said "No Pavalova" and Dennis and I agreed. Credit goes to Adam. :

If your still looking for the owner of the blue ute, here i am front and center. Sorry guys but i aven't been on a computer for a while(bloody uni crap), and might not be for a couple of days but i'll try.

One last thing. That wasn't my being cheeky in epping:

Quote:
"the guy in the blue ute is from the north he met up with us at bell st maccas earlier in the day & on the way home i seen him in the epping area, he was being cheeky & wanted to race in the wet dont know his name unfortunetly"

After the day i drove round the track a bit then went home. I live near greensborough, and was no where near epping that arvo.

Cheers

Buckie, you did a good job cleaning up your spill, cause i didn't notice anything had happened. But by chance did you walk into the passenger side rear bumper(no paint)?

No. I got tangled on the chain and my feet stayed as I went forward. I top of the tray or the tonneau broke my fall. No idea why I never looked for the chain. I didn't see it, but I felt it.

I've finsihed the Preview to the video. Just a sneak peak of some footage. Waiting now until its verified by google and then I'll provide the link. its 20.1mb and runs for 4:54.

Its a quick version, with no real timings. I will be working on the longer version in the coming weeks.

How hard is it to load a video onto the web.

Google cuts of a minute of video, Photobucket cuts it down by 2 minutes and Putfile timesout. Any suggestions on how to get it somethere they doesn't hack it up?
