How many of us , hand on heart honest in January 2009 could predict that there would be no car manufacturing at all ten years on and in fact it'd be gone entirely for over 15 months by the time that 10 year period was up.

At the time the FG Falcon and VE Commodore were the bees knees to us Blue v Red fanatics .. Ah , those were the days ..

I wouldn't be surprised if they become the most desirable Aussie performance car in years to come for obvious reasons.
Boss Falcons will always be in the shadow of the turbo, Coyote and the LS3.
The market became saturated the the VE HSVs, and they are visually insulting inside and out to say the least. IMO they'll be on par with the Boss V8 further down the track.

Along with the Barra turbos, I think these three cars have reached their lowest prices, and will start to climb. They're a realistic buy to enthusiasts and immaculate examples are hard to find.

First gen Subaru WRX
Honda Integra type R DC2
E36 BMW M3
