I used to give blood years ago and they used to give you a can of beer once you were done, then they stopped that and gave you a cup of tea or coffee instead, thats when my blood giving days ended.

I can't, because I was in the UK between some year and another year, but I don't think I could handle it if I could... would be willing to give it a go though!
