I think either Jaycar or Dicksmiths has an LED primer, or something similar, on their website.

I think the easiest way to make a clear lense would be to heat plastic up over the top of a complete taillight and then cut it to shape, then rough up the inside of it with some fine grit sand paper.

Should help diffuse the light a little bit.

Mate, you know how the LED's have the round bulb-like tops? Well if you flatten them out, or even go the opposite way (have a valley instead of a hill) it helps diffuse the light more too.

LTDHO i used 10 per bank and a resistor.
jack its not thst hard, what car are you looking at them for?

Ash you dont have to cut the tops off to difuse them(it looks crappy anyway).
All you do is sand them with wet and dry.
Jaycar doesnt sell any LED primer(?).

I dont think the totally clear lense on an EB/D would look any good..



The tail lights are on the car now, they came up awsome.
I definately wont use as many LED's next time.
