Anyone know how long you guys will be up there for and when you will leave for broadwater?

The Day Has Come

Cars clean, packed up with an added 100kg of kids stuff and tools just in case any dramas, camera ready.

Sorry another change we are meeting in the car park next to the shell as we have to many cars coming so we are gunna choke the shell, here is some direction ford girl86 quoted
"I agree with revell. theres no way we would fit us all at the shell servo.... right next door there is a big open car park. depending on which way u come u come to a set of lights and the shell servo is right there. u turn (either left or rights) at the lights and not far up on the right is the open car park...."

Hope I got everyone let me know if I havent

Start off at Shell kessels rd and then on to Tambo and stay there for a little then head to the Broady, give people a chance of a second meet up place and kids to have a stretch and run around if they come. This is gunna be fun.

Ok, Saturday 28th July is the date, Mt Tambo Followed by cruise to Broady Carpark
Meeting place: Shell servo on kessels rd(near G/C shopping centre.)
Time; 4pm - 4:30pm leave there no later than 4.45pm
Cruise to; Mt Tamborine, then onto the broady carpark
Hows this sound,
Here is the route today
Hows this for the route
Start G/City car park next to shell at 4.45pm
Down Macgregor st onto Logan rd merge onto Pacific MWY
Cruise to Exit 35
go up over MWY
Turn right into Milne st
Left on Beaudesert/Beenlegh Rd follow that for a while
Left turn onto Tamborine Mountain Rd
Follow that and turns in Geismann Rd
Follow till hit Tamborine National Park opposite Hartley Rd
Park rest Stretch
Head off down Hartley rd
left at long Rd
left onto Macdonnell Rd which turns into Tamborine/Oxenford Rd
Left onto old Pacific Hwy
Up over Pacific MWY
Straight thru onto hope island rd turns into broadwater/oxley dr
left onto Matthew flinders Dr

First of all, I am apologising for not meeting you at the coast last night. My daughter became sick on the way from the Mt to the coast. Hope I didn't cause any dramas.
It was great to put faces to names, am sorry we didn't get to show off the cars and talk more, maybe next time.
PS Whilst driving home with sick kid police pulled me over for "bright foglights". Told me to turn them off...they are doing a blitz on XR6,XR8 and SS Bombodores!!!! What a joke!!

Its cool Creamie, you were noticeable by your absence but these things happen mate.
Was good to meet some new faces, even a blast from the past, standing around chin wagging is always fun.

Next time I vote for somewhere with seating :P

Hi All, Good to catch up again and meet some new friends, though when my heart was racing at 3:00am this morning I kinda regretted drinking an entire jug of expresso to myself. Will have to bring cups and share it around next time.

For the reecord I wasn't the only thing thirsty with the 3V averaging 14.2L/100km for the night.
