Default New exh getting fitted!

Hey guys, my xr8 ute is going in on sat for a new exhaust, im getting a dual 2 1/2 from cats into a twin in twin out muffler and dual 2 1/2 over the diff out. my question is should i fit a X or H pipe to balance them out, im told with the balance pipe it will be quieter and less barky and will produce a little more low end torque due to more scavanging effects. I currently have a the same setup but its only dual 2 1/4. Im after some more noise its loud now but you can neva have to much. Any comments or findings?

X is the new H. Go the X pipe.

Whatya doing with the 2 1/4" system?

OT: LPG issues sorted today. Your intake pipe works great - keeps the backfires isolated to the airbox. Luckily haven't blown the BA Pod up, and now that it's fixed, I shouldn't have any more issues.

Thanks JC yeh i think ill go for the x pipe its only $20 more so either way. Ill probably just store it like ive stored the std one lol, its from a ute but i think it will fit a sedan but just need new tail pipes made.

Im glade the intake pipe is being made use of instead of collecting dust. What ended up being the problem?

The LPG issue was an arcing lead. Lead replaced, plus new Bosch plugs installed, and problem solved!
