Actually you are right there. Updated 2023 version . (looks like blue Nissan did a dodgey)

The adjacent streets all have the same. So in creating a low traffic neighbourhood, they have squeezed all the cars to, I'm assuming, one or two entry and exit points somewhere. What a great idea!
