Been pretty quiet here, I guess everyone is enjoying driving their ST's. I decided to purchase the Bluefin and received it 2 days ago and have installed the remap and I'm loving the difference. Power is instant now and really takes off and you can hear the blow off valve and revs higher. Well worth the investment imo. Very happy.

Anybody upgraded exhaust on their ST yet?
These things have a lovely note & need to be heard! Must we go custom or are there shelf options available?

There are loads of options out there... just make sure that, if you're buying one from an aftermarket manufacturer, that it's from the UK rather than US; exhausts from the latter apparently won't fit our cars...

I'm thinking custom job here in Oz may be the go, by the looks of it the euro ones appear to be very conservative & barely louder than stock!

It's actually my wife's ride, so I got the task to enhance it so should be fun. Great to see FiST are running 11's down the quarter already...Can't wait to see what the Aussie tuners can do this year

Cool. I've been looking at options as well but I'm going to contact my dealer and find out about warranty etc. I'm also interested in the short shifter which Ford make for the Fiesta so will enquire about that as well.

That's cheap... especially with our crap dollar at present. I'd be jumping at it if I needed one!

That is a great price but again I don't know if that would void my warranty. Mountune has a partnership with Ford in the UK as it says in the description that this part does not void warranty, but not sure if that extends here in OZ.

I wasn't sure on what the price was like.

I had half a thought to buy it and stick it in the garage - i don't have a Fiesta, just started looking at them and thinking about mods as a pipe dream

After having the Stage 1 Bluefin done I'm now very interested in getting the GGR Induction Kit and then the Stage 2 remap from Superchip seen here:

http://www.modifiedcars.com/539667

Getting the car serviced this Friday 15,000kms. I will be talking to the Manager in the workshop at Ford to hear his thoughts just on the Induction System as I know they wouldn't approve the Superchip remap of the ECU which I have to restore to factory before getting the service done.

$14 Shark-fin aerial from alibaba.

It looks a bit rough, so I'm not sure if it will stay.....

Prefer my Cobb Cai over the GGR one, think it work better with cooler air the way I have it set up :-), but keeping tread on the fronts is hard enough with the stage one bluefin tune

Waved goodbye to it last week... :(

The one positive is that selling it has given me some spending money while I've been in Alaska this week...

Hey. I've got the stage 1 Bluefin and got in contact with the supplier asking if there are other Air Induction kits that work with the Bluefin and was told no, as I would get warning lights etc. So your running the Cobb air induction with the Bluefin stage 1? Did you have any issues at all?

Kerbed a wheel the other day, one of my team dynamic ones... I was pretty happy about that as you can imagine

Back to stock wheels for me.

Bugger sorry to hear that. Well I ordered the accelerator spacer and the GGR Air Induction 180 kit. Hopefully receive them by this Friday.

Then will replace the intercooler soon.

Well I have decided to give my ST a bit of an upgrade with the following on order from pumaspeed
R sport pro stage 2 intercooler
Miltek dump pipe with high flow cat ( to match my miltek cat back)
R sport the bore hot side hard pipe
Silicon induction hose
iTG cold air intake
GFB diverter valve+
And a stage 2R tune with crackle map
This should bring it up to about 240-245 bhp and 360-370 nm torque which will make it get up and go

Some excellent upgrades there. I'm getting ready to do some upgrades but coming up against resistance with local options here (Melbourne). I've tried my local exhaust place and basically said we can't do anything not even sway bar or rotors (their a Pedders supplier).

Does anyone know who I can go to for cross drilled Rotors, Sway Bars, Upgraded brakes and an Intercooler? Or do I have to look into importing. I've already got a stage 2 Bluefin and a GGR Air Induction kit installed.

Finally got around to getting an MP215 kit installed 7 months after taking ownership of my ST. The extra torque is definitely noticeable from lower down and makes the engine feel less peaky.

Not great value for money compared to the aftermarket, but just worth it for the factory warranty and as I plan to keep the car for 5 years the cost is spread out over a number of years.

Went and spoke to my local exhaust guy and have it booked in for late Jan for a Turbo Back 3", with double tips (like original) not a single. Talked about droning etc and he assured me he will deliver. I contacted Superchips (Bluefin) regarding the stage 2 that I have installed and they said the chip should recalibrate and wont be an issue.
