Default Avatar Pic Trouble

hey guys im trying to put up a display picture but they keep failing what am i doing wrong keep resizing it to meet requirements but still nothing

Open a photobucket account, free, then upload the picture there, then copy the IMG code and paste it into your post

In your User profile, there are two places you can insert a pic. One is your profile pic, that is the photo that is displayed when someone views your profile and the other is your avatar, the pic that shows in your posts.

It needs to be a certain size for it to upload.
If you need help resizing it, send me the file and I will help get it to the correct size.
