This post is dedicated to my father inlaw who passed away this morning from asbestosis by JAMES Hardie...RIP..You were the best father in law a guy could ask for.

Condolences Useless. But as you say, at least he's no longer in pain - doesn't make it any easier for the people left behind though. You will still miss him for a while yet.

I knew he has been doing it tough and hope he had a peaceful end to his life with all his family at Christmas.

Just makes me think there should be jail time for the James hardie directors though who treated him and many others so shabbily

Thanks again all.JonBays...when Martin Bryant shot so many people in Tassie,he was jailed.
James Hardie knew the dangers but kept the workers in the dangerous asbestos dust.They killed thousands more people and they are not in jail. They are murderers but are above the law here in Australia. To fight criminals in other countries the govt ran.To fight criminals in Australia the government protects them.

No use going on about it..gotta keep the family together at the moment..
