Default MSD gear

G'day

I am looking at purchasing an MSd 6al unit and given the prices are so good in the US I thought i would raise the question if anyone who has purchased any of the gear, and had any issues with faulty units?

The 2nd reason i ask is because some sellers require purchase to send unit back at own expense in the first week?

Any feedback would be great

Cheers
Shane

I have run MSD dizzy, coil & 6AL in the past and never had any issues. Can't think of anyone on here that has complained about issues with the brand, its got quality and reliability.

Buy oseas and you take the punt, if its faulty you pay the freight to send it back. Chances of needing to do that are slim IMO

Search around, some of the main US suppliers are touching us up on freight and I have no doubt you could do better than what some are charging

I bought an MSD 6al from the US a while ago. Definately heaps cheaper than buying here.

The only issues I had was the dodgey connections on the wiring harness that comes with it.

Changed them over, Now its all good.
