Std XR height is = lows so Super lows are 1 spring height down from that

1 spring height down would be how many mm? Is it likely that it'll be relatively easy to scrape?

In car parks just take it slow over speed hump and it will be fine. I scraped maybe 15 times in 4 years in mine.

20 to 25mm lower than std XR height
mine has SL in the back only and have no problems will
be droping the front down to SL soon

BA Mk2 XR6 = 1444 mm
