Possibly a "Tank" Fairlane badge.
It's definitely not ZA, and the script on the "F" is not ZB/C/D.
Could even be an American badge.

I'm trying to remember what on my old 1964 Fairlane sitting under it's dust cover, waiting patiently for me to have enough money etc. I remember the Fairlane Script and the letters "500" are joined, but the reverse "F" may be different.

Could be '59 or it could be '62, '63 and '64 as they were all the same.
