Post silly Speeding Ticket

Hey all, I've been a great unceasingly a once reader of the forum but ifiable now got an account. Anyone be suffering with any ideas on how to get out of a speeding ticket?

You'll need to supply more details about the speeding ticket to get any help from the forum.

Your choices are to pay the fine or spend thousands of dollars in legal fees and days in court to fight the system that’s too well protected.

The courts are in favour of the cops and apparently the Police radars DO NOT FAIL!!

BS!

I tried to fight the system a couple of years ago, after sending 2K in legal fees.

My advice to you is, unless you have a very good case with evidence, just pay the fine and don’t put your self through the pain.

In Vic at least, if it's a 1 point fine (<10kms over) and you haven't had a fine for 2 years or more, and have a decent driving record, then they might let you off with a warning. You have to apply in writing
