Default would anyone consider swapping a V8 ef/el for an ef 5 speed xr6

ive got the urge for a V8 and have no SPARE $$$ to splash out on a new car. Im seeing what interest, in particular in SA who would consider swapping their neat EF/EL V8 - preferably 5 speed for an EF XR6...

if you are interested a run down of your car would be good

my ef is

Dec 95
cobalt blue
(resprayed 2 years ago with side moulds colour coded and black moulds front and rear)
185000 km's (regularly serviced NGK iridium plugs and only run on BP ultimate)
5 speed
DBA gold Cross drilled and slotted rotors
(1 1/2 year old)
pacemaker HPC extractors and stainless 2 1/2 inch sport cat and turbo muf (2 year old)
custom stainless 3 inch air intake pipe with k&n pod
monroe GT gas shocks
(1 1/2 year old)
s low king springs & kmac adjustable camber kit
(1 1/2 year old)
custom black/charcoal velour interior (depending on V8 interior i may keep)
(3 weeks old)

19's without tyres (AU offset and hub adaptors)
$3000 (jvc in dash dvd 7" all pioneer front 6" 200w splits w/tweeters rear 6" 260w 2 ways 8" sub and 600w amp
