It is, thankfully, a rare occurrence but it unfortunately happened while all the admins were unavailable for various reasons: 1 moving house, 1 on holiday, 1 in bed sick, 1 on N/S and 1 actually out working!

The issue has been resolved and we will research the actual cause of the outage.

Cheers
Russ

I thought maybe it was something to do with IE being a wally.
Everytime I tried to open a window (being AFF homepage) IE would disappear and some weird message about downloading some file. When I said no, it would close and there was nothing.
Not sure what it was now as went a different way to open IE in the end.

It was a virus, well a trojan thing. Can't believe the virus thing didn't get it till to late but then I can't work out where it has come from anyway.

Ahh well, all gone and all better.
Thanks heaps MotherNature. I wouldn't have looked normally, just trusted the virus protector :S
